Shandong Fulu Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise established on November 20, 2012, and a wholly-owned holding company of Dezhou Fulu Group. The business scope spans three-wheeled box cars, low-speed electric vehicles, and new energy special and commercial vehicle manufacturing, alongside system integration of core components for new energy vehicles.

Within the group structure, operations are organized across seven companies, supporting an integrated automotive platform that includes motorcycles, new energy commercial vehicles, and passenger cars. The group has developed a “3 + 1” industrial pattern covering high-speed passenger cars, commercial vehicles and low-speed vehicles, three-wheeled motorcycles, and hybrid systems plus battery pack industrial operations.

In 2018, the group produced and sold 89.8 thousand low-speed electric vehicles and three-wheeled box cars, achieving sales revenue of 2.433 billion yuan and taxes of 67.72 million yuan. With more than 2700 employees, the organization combines manufacturing capability with foreign trade to serve diverse mobility and utility-vehicle needs.
