Product Overview
Helical Screw Pile Foundation System
Helical screw piles are a versatile, modern deep foundation and ground anchoring solution designed for various soil conditions. These systems consist of a central steel shaft with welded helical bearing plates, allowing for rapid installation by rotating them into the ground using hydraulic rotary drive heads. Suitable for both residential and commercial projects, they offer significant advantages over traditional concrete foundations, including minimal soil disturbance, high load-bearing capacity, and reusability.

- Double-Wall Advantage
- The double-wall design allows for air input during the drilling process, effectively reducing slewing resistance.
Application & Usage
Installation Methodology
For single-wall pipes, drilling is performed to a predetermined depth. Concrete is then continuously poured simultaneously as the drill is raised, followed by the insertion of a steel cage. The system is designed to be rotated into the ground like a screw, ensuring precise placement and structural integrity.
