Operation
Impact Crushing Principle
The crusher operates on the principle of high-speed impact. Materials entering the chamber are struck by rotating hammers and propelled against baffle and grate bars. This repetitive impact and grinding process continues until the material is reduced to a size smaller than the grate bar gap, at which point it is discharged.
