These surface packers serve as essential filling valves and connection ports for the precise injection of epoxy and polyurethane resins into concrete structures. Designed for dry conditions, they are adhered directly to the surface to repair cracks ranging from hairline to wider gaps. Each unit features a built-in non-return nipple to prevent backflow, ensuring efficient and clean material application.

Application Workflow

• Clean substrate with wire brush 25mm on both sides of crack
• Apply epoxy paste to secure packer, ensuring bottom opening remains clear
• Connect injection pump to the packer nipple
• Inject until material exits from the adjacent packer
• Close adjacent packer and continue process
