Zhejiang Lingyu Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. (former Zhejiang Huatian Industrial Co., Ltd.) is a Luqiao, Taizhou-based manufacturer focused on the development and production of motorcycles and auxiliary engines. The company produces 50–250ml series motorcycles across three brands: Hua Tian (HT), Cargill (JL) and Fei Ling (FL), serving mass-market riders with an emphasis on dependable quality, competitive value and responsive service.

The company operates on a large industrial site covering 150,000 square meters with a 110,000-square-meter construction area, supported by standard factory buildings, offices and staff facilities.
