Established in 2005 as a Sino‑French joint venture, the company supports product development through an R&D center and a European marketing center located in France, focused on new product development, design, and communication with European supermarkets and professional shops.

The manufacturing base is located in TEDA, Tianjin. The site covers 18,000㎡, including a 2,000㎡ R&D center and more than 10,000㎡ of production space, with 6 production and assembly lines, an injection workshop, and 4 warehouses. Annual output reaches 100,000 units.
