North China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group (NCPE) is a large state-owned enterprise in China and a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group Planning and Engineering Co., Ltd. Originating from the former North China Electric Power Design Institute founded in 1953, the company has developed into an international engineering organization focused on high-value, creative solutions.

NCPE delivers integrated services across engineering consultancy, survey and design, and EPC project construction. With engineering design as its core capability, the company integrates engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to support clients through the full project lifecycle, including project management and supervision.
