Hangzhou Goldfish Electrical Appliances Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive state-owned enterprise engaged in the production and sales of washing machines, refrigerators and commercial refrigerating appliances. As a key enterprise group in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, it integrates research and development, manufacturing, marketing and technical service across the home-appliance industry.

Beyond finished appliances, the Group operates a diversified industrial chain that includes health care appliances, electronic components, micro die-cast parts, injection molding, metal materials, deep processing of resin materials, and SMD printing. This breadth of capabilities supports integrated manufacturing and responsive supply to customers.

The Group has invested in 28 enterprises, including 16 directly invested companies, with joint ventures spanning China–Japan and China–Hong Kong cooperation. Invested joint ventures such as Panasonic Appliances Washing Machine (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Panasonic Motor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. are positioned as influential examples of China–Japan economic, trade and technology collaboration within the industry.

Since 2019, the Group has advanced the construction of the Goldfish Group Smart High-tech Industrial Base, focusing on strategic emerging pillar industries including cold chain equipment and high polymer materials, aligned with Hangzhou’s new manufacturing initiative and the development of the digital economy.
