DEQING NEW MINGHUI ELECTRIC LIGHTING CO., LTD. is a Sino-foreign joint enterprise specializing in the manufacture of specialty bulb series under the “Zhonglian”, “Minghui” and “Yutu” brands. The company’s product range includes indicator bulbs for household electrical appliances such as refrigerators and microwave ovens, as well as decorative bulbs, remote-convex bulbs, and focusing-type caution bulbs.

With about 800 workers and workshops covering 32,000 square meters, the company operates at scale and has developed a strong manufacturing foundation. Its production capacity is stated at 80 million bulbs per year, supporting stable supply for both domestic and overseas customers.

Quality and environmental management are central to operations, guided by a “Quality first” and “Credit primary” business policy. The company holds ISO 90001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 certifications, along with CE and UL certifications, and has built out related testing and environmental management systems.
