Cixi Wanlong Electrical Co.Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer specializing in heating elements and hot plate products for kitchen and heating applications. Established in 1999, the company serves a broad base of hotplate and heating factories and has expanded from heating element manufacturing into dedicated hotplate production.
To support scalable, consistent supply, the company operates multiple assembly lines and a range of punching equipment, alongside an automatic painting line designed to improve efficiency and process stability. Its products are supplied to international markets including Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East, and the company has experience supporting large retail and branded customers.
Quality management is built into each stage of production, from incoming inspection of components to 100% checks on key parts. Every unit undergoes hi-pot, wattage and current-leakage testing during assembly, followed by random final inspection. Newly developed items are required to pass extended life testing.
