CHINA MACHINE-BUILDING INTERNATIONAL CORP. (CMIC) is engaged in international engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting, the export of complete plants, and co-production programs for mechanical and electrical industries. The company supports overseas infrastructure and industrial development by organizing project delivery, equipment integration, and technology cooperation across a wide range of plant and utility sectors.
CMIC has delivered landmark turnkey and complete-plant projects, including a 210 MW thermal power generation equipment project for Pakistan’s Guddu Thermal Power Station and an 8,000-tons-per-day cane-sugar complete plant for Wangkanai Sugar Co. Ltd. in Thailand. Its project portfolio also includes heavy-duty machinery plants, hydropower projects, electricity transmission lines, water supply projects, cement plants, forging and pressing plants, pump works, and agricultural machinery plants.
The company has built broad international cooperation capabilities through technology introduction and joint work with global partners. It has acquired manufacturing technology for 300 MW and 600 MW steam turbines and generators for fossil-fueled power plants and has participated in joint design and co-production for large-scale metallurgical equipment, as well as complete mechanical and electrical equipment for port handling systems. CMIC undertook an exported cane-sugar producing complete plant with a daily crushing capacity of 8,000 tons for Wangkanai Sugar Co. Ltd. in Thailand.
