Guangxi Transmission & Substation Construction Company (GTSCC) is a large-scale state-owned comprehensive enterprise specializing in power grid construction and emergency repair and rescue services. With first-class qualification for turnkey electric power construction contracts and a Permit of Power Facility Installation (including maintenance, testing and commissioning) issued by the Southern Authority of the National Electric Power Supervisory Committee, the company supports the full lifecycle of transmission and substation projects.

GTSCC undertakes construction, emergency repair, overhaul and maintenance of transmission lines and substations, as well as testing and inspection services for electrical plants. It also manufactures steel towers and related accessories, combining engineering execution with supporting production capabilities.

Founded in December 1958, the company operates through a multi-division organizational structure that includes administrative and affiliated departments, branch manufacturers, and subsidiary companies.
