The company was formed through the merging and reorganization of several Chengdu-based organizations with longstanding experience in wear parts, indexable tools research, and diamond grinding wheels.

In 2002, it developed solid cemented carbide metal hard-sealing pairs for high-temperature ball valves, as well as spherical-sealing pairs for high-temperature and high-pressure check valves, leveraging proprietary core techniques and imported equipment.
The product offering includes cemented carbide dies and mechanical attachments, a range of needle, check, throttle, and adjusting valves, and cemented carbide valve sealing pairs designed for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion resistance. The company also supplies valve balls and valve seats for oil pumps manufactured and inspected to API standards, along with indexable inserts produced to ISO/GB and JB standards and other specialized products upon request.
