Longkai builds generator solutions using a broad selection of engine and alternator options, including Cummins, Perkins, Doosan Daewoo, Deutz, Lovol, Isuzu, Weichai, Shanghai engines, and alternators such as Stamford, Leroy Somer and Marathon, as well as its own Stamford-technology generators. Each generator set undergoes testing covering stability, instantaneous response, insulation, sudden loading/unloading, self-protection and automatic control.
To support consistent manufacturing quality, the company operates multiple assembly lines and has CNC machines plus pretreatment and powder-coating facilities for steel frames and silent canopies.
