Zhejiang Shindai Group Co., Ltd. is the parent company of a diversified group with 19 subsidiaries. The company was reformed from Zhejiang Animal By-products I/E Co., Ltd., founded in 1981, and has developed into a trade-oriented, manufacture-based comprehensive corporation integrating industry with domestic and international trade.

The group manages a wide import and export portfolio spanning more than 20 categories, with textile products as its core line. Complementary product lines include food, shoes, carpets, hardware, machinery, electric appliances, and fireworks, serving buyers across the U.S., the European Union, Japan, Africa, and Southeast Asia, with long-term business relationships in more than 100 countries and regions.

On the manufacturing side, the group operates more than 20 factories engaged in the production of woollen, down, knitting, woven, and fur products.
