With proven capabilities spanning R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, and trial production, the company has accumulated extensive experience in large seamless pipe production lines. Its headquarters and R&D center are located in the State Level Taiyuan Economic & Technological Development Zone, with an assembly base in the State Level High-tech Development Zone in Wuxi New District.
The product portfolio covers retained mandrel continuous rolling lines, rotary expanders, stainless steel extrusion lines, large-size pipe forging and piercing press and extrusion lines, special barrel-type piece production lines, oil drill pipe production lines, oil casing pipe heat treatment lines, seamless pipe finishing lines, and threading processing lines for oil pipes. The company’s equipment supports seamless pipe production from Φ32 mm to Φ1500 mm in diameter, with wall thickness from 3.2 mm to 200 mm.
Driven by a “Talent, Innovation, Dedication” strategy, the company operates a National Technology Center and maintains an R&D team of more than 160 employees, organized into 16 specialized groups. By the end of 2011, it had applied for more than 200 patents, including 84 invention patents, with more than 100 patents authorized. Its equipment has been supplied to many leading seamless steel pipe manufacturers in China, and it has exported a continuous rolling mill to India.
