Shandong Electric Power Construction No.2 Company (SEPCO2) is an engineering company specializing in power plant building on an EPC basis. As a key subsidiary of China Power Construction Corporation, the company supports clients across the full project cycle—engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning—focused on delivering reliable power-generation assets.

SEPCO2’s capabilities span a wide range of power-generation project types, including coal-fired and gas-fired plants, steam-gas combined cycle stations, and renewable energy developments such as wind, biomass and solar power plants. The company has completed or participated in commissioning work for 22 units of 600MW+ and 15 steam-gas combined cycle power stations, and has also carried out operation training work for over 30 power plants.
