Nantong Henka Environment Solutions Co., Ltd. manufactures replacement air filters and filter media for air purification applications, supplying both its own Henkaes brand and OEM/ODM programs. The product range spans primary and medium-efficiency filters, HEPA filters, activated carbon filters, wick filters, HVAC filters, permanent filters, and oil filtration filters, with additional offerings including cylindrical filters and IFD air purification devices.

For air NON-MDF filters, the company uses imported PP or fiberglass filter paper to produce filters designed for high efficiency, low resistance, and antiseptic performance. Henkaes supports customers across the development cycle—design, sample making, production, and testing—helping deliver application-specific filtration solutions.

Products are used in commercial HVAC systems, homes, ventilation systems, and clean workshops, as well as in environments such as laboratories, hospitals, aviation, and rail applications. The company exports a majority of its filter products to Europe and the United States, with additional shipments to Japan and other countries.

Quality management is supported by internal 6S practices, production traceability, and a testing setup that includes a CADR laboratory built to the American AHAM standard, filter efficiency and resistance testing, and chambers for formaldehyde and VOC removal as well as CCM testing. Filter performance can be evaluated with reference to EN779, EN1822, ASHRAE 52.2, and ISO 16890.
