The company maintains integrated manufacturing capabilities covering mould manufacture, injection moulding, painting, circuit board processing, lining and packing, and final product assembly. It is equipped with multiple vacuum cleaner assembly lines, injection machines, and painting lines, supported by reliability testing capabilities including RoHS, performance testing, and temperature-rise testing.
With experience serving overseas markets, the company exports to regions including Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia. It also supplies vacuum cleaner parts and replacements, aiming to shorten procurement lead times while strengthening delivery control and quality performance.

A second subsidiary was established in Huangqiao Industrial Park, Taizhou, Jiangsu: Julong (Taizhou) Electrical Appliances Technology Company Limited, focusing on electrical appliances primarily vacuum cleaners. The Taizhou project is planned with registered capital of USD 12 million and a land area of 102 acres, with operations scheduled to commence in December 2011 and a plan for twenty automated vacuum cleaner assembly lines.
