(JDEC) is an international engineering and construction services provider established in 1993 through cooperation between CTCI Corporation and Sinopec Engineering Inc. The company was successfully restructured in 2008 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of CTCI.
JDEC supports project delivery across the full EPC lifecycle, including feasibility studies, project management, engineering design, procurement and procurement services, and general contracting technical services. The company holds multiple engineering design qualifications covering the pharmaceutical industry, chemical and petrochemical engineering, municipal industry and environmental hygiene (Class B), as well as environmental engineering for water pollution control and air pollution prevention (Class B).
With recognized capabilities in specialized design compliance, JDEC also holds pressure vessel and pressure piping design qualification certificates (including A1, A2, A3 and GC level), along with foreign trade operation rights, enabling it to undertake corresponding EPC projects for qualified industries.
