With multiple specialized divisions, the company manufactures reducer and gear products (including hard tooth-surface gear speed reducers), electrical machinery products such as wire and cable, and a range of rubber products, including oil spray-proof rubber cores and flashboard rubber cores. It also supplies rolling-mill related products, and produces casting iron, casting steel, and forging items through its foundry operations.
To support end-to-end manufacturing, the factory maintains broad in-house capabilities spanning forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, vulcanization, and component assembly. Major equipment includes heavy forging capacity, vertical and horizontal lathes, planer-type milling machines, boring and jig boring machines, large-modulus gear hobbing and milling machines, vulcanization presses, CNC cutting for large steel plates, carburizing furnaces, and high-tonnage punching and hydraulic forming machines.
